Do Right Monday ...
Glad to see the do-rights are still alive and well. I have marked today as the start from basics day. 2 weeks of vacation,death in the family and 1 month of no work outs have caught me with a weight gain. I know what I have to do, I just have to make a few small positive changes daily and it will come off. So today I packed a proper lunch, have drank 60 oz of water so far. And only ate a little wrong. I will make my self walk or something tonight. Supper is prepared. My biggest downfall is snacking at night. Popcorn is evil. I need to have a fruit or something else. I hope you all achieve the success and support we seek from this board. Sheila
I started the day off with a protein drink, made it through work without hurting anyone and I felt like it!
I also walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes while my daughter was in swim class; I was talking myself into and out of exercising all the way there! I need to get some more fluids in and need the rest of my calcium and I will have had a pretty good day!
