yes you need to up the carbs a bit to keep from loosing. Had a good calorie total and protein looks great. all that walking worked a few calories off you I see. Kepe it going you are doing great. I am doing pretty good at maintaining right now.. not sure how but it seems to be working.. you will find it..

might want to add another snack in there...

I am sure that was nice. I try to make breakfast for the family once a week but I am still to affraid to eat it.. I will do the eggs and bacon but not pancakes and such.

You had a great day.. protein is awesome and even got your muffin with protein.. great job..
