I was on a cleaning jag today.. I was determined to straighten out my closet and find more room. It's funny a year ago I only bought one kind of pants and shirts and wore them cause I hated trying on clothes.. now I have no room in my closet because I have so many clothes.. I set up an shoe system too.. again.. i cant believe how many shoes i have now.. its bad.. I guess shopping is my transfer addiction...lol.. thank goodness I dont over spend.. but I do need some sweats and.... oh my here I go again... i want some of the big soft warm fuzzy boot things... look at me.. if I had 2 pair of shoes it was a miracle... lol...
So the closet looks great now and I put all my clothes in order. (pst... I have more room now for more clothes... shh.. dont tell.. my other half just hates it....hehehehe)

Hi All,
Well it was a crazy weekend at the Seafood Festival as predicted in advance by me...Was out and moving very early both Saturday and Sunday, sorry did not get logged in on my Saturday food, it was not good, I actually thought I didn't do too bad until I sat in front on the computer on Saturday and logged it in, ate very little, but what I thought were pretty decent choices for carnival food actually were not good at all, ended up with almost 2000 cals for the day on Saturday, about 350 of them in the form of alcohol
...Anyway resolved to do better on Sunday, and did
...
Here's Sunday:

D - 1 deviled crab
3 fried scallops
3 hush puppies
5 french fries
couple bites of green beans
S - 2 sf almond cookies w/ about a tbsp of pb

Further out I get, the easier it is to eat everything, this is definately going to be the ongoing challenge for me, MAINTENANCE
, its still a work in progress, figuring out how to make all of it fit together right and not fall apart...
Good Luck this week to everyone... Alesia

Yes.. it is a challenge. I tend to stay with the same things for fear that I will mess up. I think thats not always a good thing cause someday I know I will get tired of it and my ship will go off course.
Sounds like you had a great weekend of fun. I am sure the extra calories didnt hurt you cause you were moving all day. yesterday was very good... could of used a little more protein but still a good day all around.
Keep sailing and I will see ya tomorrow...

I spent the whole morning at the local flea market walking around shopping so I'm totally there on the shopping addiction. I actually stopped to look at a sun dress and hubby intervened...He said, where do you intend to keep that because it sure won't fit in your closet...hahaha...He's right. I have NO room in my closet and no more room for shoes. So I bought earrings...I'm very close to not having enough room for those either but they're small...
Three hours of shopping/walking yesterday has me pooped today.
Pre-Breakfast: South Beach Protein bar and honey roasted peanuts at 7 am
Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and swiss cheese (took forever to eat it)
Lunch: cheese stick, still feeling full from that huge breakfast
Dinner (early, at 4 pm) Pork, squash, tomatoes, cabbage in the crock pot...Yum.
Late snack: Kashi Protein cereal with soy milk.

I am trying to maintain, or learn to maintain and possibly gain up to what my surgeon wanted me at...125 slowly. He said 125 was my goal. I'm looking to get some coaching and Carla is helping me work through this...I freaked out when the scale said 119 two weeks ago and that's when I started "living" on fitday.com and found a support group...And ended up here, posting daily, what I ate yesterday..
I'm definately not looking to lose any more..LOL but I understand that's where most of the posters are. Not me but i can totally relate. In gaining I don't want to lose control over the gain like I did before WLS..I'm scared.
