Accountability.. What did you eat Thursday
Hey all. well the weekend is here. what you all doing for the weekend. I actually dont have a lot planned and I have the next 4 days off cause monday is a holiday for state employees.. I plan to see a movie. do some lunch with my SO and go to a birthday party. other than that I am gonna work on some stuff for work, take a nap and enjoy the weekend.
So here was my day.. not to great of totals.. but I will try to get it up tomorrow.. been busy and traveling all day today.
Breakfast

Glad to see the weekend here, wish Monday was holiday for me, going to be running all weekend and could use an extra day to recoup...Will be at a local seafood festival all weekend working my butt off trying to sell our last 600 raffle tickets for the motorcycle my local chapter raffles for charity, will be working the crowd, walking a lot and of course purusing the vender goodies Friday Night, all day Saturday and all day Sunday...Anticipating the chance to get plenty to drink, but don't know how well the food is going to do, going to have to think about what I can bring for protein that will not melt or spoil in the heat...
As for Thursday, TOO many carbs
, all the high numbers did not balance well again the total protein intake, but, I can work with it, just keeping the ship on course is already paying off, back down 3 lbs..Did my grocery shopping late last night and today is looking much better...It really is about just staying the course and continuing to regularly follow the program...
