Accountability... what did you eat Wednesday

Hump day.. how did you do. Another busy day for me so I missed one of my snack times.. darn. Hope to do better tomorrow.

So I think I know why my boss is nutting up. We got a new employee the the first of Sept. and he is trying to do the "see me, I am the boss thing." He has been a poop since he came on board at the begining of September. Didnt even think about that. He will mellow soon, but I think a little of it is my weight loss too. He is not sure how to talk to me now. He mellowed today and we are going out for bosses day next week. Hopefully he will be fine in a few weeks once the new guy gets the job figured out and knows "he's" the boss around there..lol.. He's not much of a boss trust me...thats why when he does this we all look at him like he is nuts.. lol.. Just thought I would update you all on work.

Ok so how was my day.. here we go..


Breakfast... good thing I ate that oatmeal.. it saved me til lunch.

We made it up over the "hump" for the week!! I had a little bit of a low day. I gave away one of my protein balls yesterday at school (see I'm not addicted or I wouldn't have done that) LOL   b - oatmeal w/ protein l - turkey & cheese wrap d - turkey & cheese wrap snacks:  3 protein balls ritz crackers string cheese Calories  1130 Fat  41 Carbs  73 Protein  105 could have used a little more substance in my meals yesterday but I've been lazy and haven't gotten groceries. Probably because I'm so bad at picking out things to eat. This week has been turkey wraps and tuna fish. lol

I've made that mistake and now my MIL wants me to make the all the time for her now..lol.. you had a good day even without the ball.. I never eat the same thing..hehehehe... so I am right there with you on that..

good morning.... b: half an onion bagel with cream cheese, few bites of hasbrowns with sausage patties s: 1/2 peanut butter cookie l: noodle-less spagehtti with meatballs (6 small ones) sauce and cheese.... d: grilled honey mustard snack wrap from mcdonalds...

Hi Gina.. well.. you had an interesting day. Not sure of the totals but you are probably in the range if not lower. have you tried fitday or sparkpeople yet to monitor what you're eating..

i know... i'm at a new site at the hospital and really busy... barely have enough time to log on to post.... let alone eat... i do eat breakfast at about 630, to get me thru the morning and then i have to go to lunch by 1030 (not really hunger at this time) and i'm off at 230 and off to school... life is hard right now.... i just got home from a 16 hour day....

Okay:

Breakfast:

1+ cup oatmeal, SF Maple with 1/4 cup raisins (it must have worked cuz it stuck with me till snack time).

Snack: 1 cheese stick

Lunch:  Homemade meat loaf with squash and onions and whole wheat bread, egg and some other stuff.  1st Snack:  SoBe Protein bar Banana Chips (30) 2nd Snack:  Danon Fit/Light Yogurt Peanut Butter Granola Bar Dinner: 4 oz Shrimp tossed on top of a dinner salad at Tom's, Ranch Dressing Bedtime snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with boysenberry preserves Cal: 1659 Fat:72 Carbs: 161 Protein: 107 Not too bad but the reason I had the late snack was because I was in town for a new Support Group meeting...

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
