Severe symptomatic anemia. If my levels are not up by next thursday, I get another 1
I got 2 bags of blood, a bag of iron, a bag of electrolytes and a bag of multi vits. I'm full just thinking about it
I think the 2 lbs I gained from that was well worth it considering the 15 I suddenly dropped in the last couple of weeks hehe.
I wish you luck with your psorisis. That doesn't sound like fun either.

I am taking my vitamins but to be honest I wasn't that great with them this summer. Also I have a lot of trouble with food so that probably doesn't help too much. Hopefully I will get this sorted out and feel better soon!

our bodies do what they want I think.. i wanted to stop at 135. than I decided to try for 125. I actually hit 119 the other day and I am trying to stop losing as well. I have upped my calories and have kept it here for a few weeks now. YOur body will stop when it's good and ready I have decided and I think it wanted to be here even if I didnt think it was possible. Just keep trying to find that magic number that keeps you at maintain. you will get it..

I'm nervous about being so thin...I thought I was done at 150 because my whole life doctors and nurses told me that was "my weight" but the surgeon told me 125. After the initial shock and denial...I agreed that it was possible. I got to 122 about 10 months out and thought...I have to stay here. I've slowly watched as I've continued to lose now down to 120...So.
I've upped my calories also. I was afraid to get over 1200, lost another half pound. I upped it to 1500 and lost another half pound. So I'm up over 1800 and an occasional 2000 (not yesterday but the day before)..I'm set in my ways activity wise. I'm not aerobic but if that's what it's going to take, I guess I'll have to go there at least three days a week...I'm thinking 1500-1800 calories a day and moderate to aerobic activity?
Now that I'm looking at my intake on fitday.com can you tell me what my carbs should be and fat should be? Some are saying 20% carbs but there are so many carbs in all sorts of things. I think the only thing that is 20% carbs is plain meat..But then I'd be 120 gms of protein a day...Is that right? I just may have to bite the bullet and call my nutritionist (or the surgeon's office...my nutrtitionist is assigned by him).
I'm sorry to everyone else that is looking to lose more weight. I really am. This is serious for me and I never in my wildest dreams figured to be worried over this...

you both look so thin!!
I know that @ 5' 8" 142 lbs on me looks kinda gross. A lot of that probably comes from losing everything from the ribs up so that the part most people see looks skeletal, especially my face.

I'm 5 ft 5...Actually shrank from 5 ft 6 at my highest...I figure I must have shrunk from 39 - now. I'm 48 years old. Yes. My son is skinny too. Now I look like I could be his mother instead of the woman who stole all his food..LOL
