So how are we all doing this week.. Did we loose, maintain or gain.. sound off..

I weighed 122 last week
This week 121.

I have maintained between 120 and 123 for a month now.. I am happy with that..

hi carla, last week my scale said 153 pounds today it is 150 pounds. i am eating right and trying to do fitday.

last weeks my scale said 215 today 211 =)

Last week:  164.5 This week:  167.5 So much for increasing my calories...sorry but I am frustrated!

Hey Trish. give it time.. it will work for you.. you body is saying hey.. food I better hang on to it.. when it realizes you are gonna start feeding it, it will let it go.. dont forget you exercise a ton.. just be patient.. I can understand your frustration my friend... be good its gonna be ok
