Good evening all... so how many ppl watch CSI and waited all summer to find out if Sara lived...lol... I am so glad that this is premier week.. I have been waiting forever...

So how was everyones day. I had a good day eating wise and a busy day life wise. What you all planning for your weekend. I got grandmas for horseback riding and football with the kid.. should be a busy one.. last weekend was real quiet so I guess I gotta make up for it.

Here was my day...

Weekend... woooo hoooo, it's almost here - it is it is!!! My family is going on a river rafting trip on Saturday. I dont do water so I'm staying home ALONE!!!! (can you sense the excitement). I'll probably work on my quilt and then in the afternoon, I'm meeting some wls people at the mall for some chat time.  b - oatmeal s - protein drink  l - tuna and crackers  s - protein ball s - protein ball d - 1/2 monte cristo sandwich s - protein ball s - protein ball   YIKES - lay off the protein balls already!!!!  calories: 1268 fat: 54 carbs: 71 protein: 107

5 protein balls wow... nice protein total and actually nice everything total.. It works it you gotta get it in and still get to class on time. Hey I put some SF chocolate syrup in mine the other day.. didnt add mu*****als but man.. they are have a great chocolate taste added to it..

yeah.. not sure how to figure the shell out.. i usually just do what i did eat and not call it by its name.. you had a good day and some nice protein in there.. good choices are important.. and with that exercise you need to eat at least 1200 a day. keep it up.. I saw the scale is moving for you so you are doing great..

yes i wish we could minus shells and other stuff  we dont eat.. i am trying to eat good at work. yes i exercise everyday. just got back from working out today so need more calories. thank you. i am in control. i can do it................... i can do it..............................  see you tommorw... might be later since i'm doing the walk from obesity.... anita

Had a good day, felt energized. Cleaned the bathroom, mopped the floors, did laundry, changed the sheets, payed bills and went grocery shopping, and....I dusted.
