What do I have to do???

Yes, I have done a lot of things I would never have been able to do, and I want to keep it that way rather than go back where I came from! I want to keep hiking to the bottom and back, although it was grueling. I can walk 30 minutes a day. I like walking as a matter of fact, better than anything except scuba. I always park way out in parking lots so I have to walk. I can walk to the Cold Stone ice cream place and back, that would take about 30 minutes. I can look at the ice cream then come home. I can no longer eat ice cream, at least, severe dumping prevents me from that endulgence! -=db=-

Oh PIggy.. I detest, detest, detest that comment... LOL I used to hear it from my mother in law, and my friends... and co-workers.. ARGH.. yeah.. I hate that..and I never hear it anymore, which is nice.. I hear " you are beautiufl" or " you look fantastic!".. and I even don't mind.. " you are so skinny, are you sure you're not too thin?". :)
My journey is successful, only because I remember what road I was on when I started it..and my determination to never go back to that road will keep me going in the right direction.

I've not yet heard "are you too thin?" Or "you are so skinny". I have on the other hand heard" You don't look like to you need to lose any more. You're "just right" where your at". I don't mind hearing that either, although for ONE TIME in my life I'd like to hear "you are tooooo thin"!!!  Aren't we funny? We seem to never be "happy" with where we are!!! Love you!!!!!     Piggy

I DON'T HEAR IT ANYMORE Me again.  People used to tell me that I had such a pretty face.  Boy would I love hearing that again.  Since I lost 100 # I am left with ALOT OF DEEP wrinkles.  No $ for a face lift.  I am 58, and a single grandmother, so I have excepted the wrinkles.  Don't like it , but wadda ya do??   It's not gonna get me down. hugs to each of you Tena

I'm sure that your face is STILL beautiful and rather than calling those "wrinkles", I choose to call them "character lines" and yes, at 52 (almost) I've EARNED every one of them!!! LOL Piggy

I know this doesn't sound excting, but it has worked for me when I needed it too (and got up the ambition)......go to only protein and water each day, and have at least 100 grams of protein and at LEAST 65 oz. of water.  After you do this for a couple days and the scale starts to move, add in veggies a couple times a day.  If the scale doesn't stall, add in one fruit, etc.  I don't know what you've been eating, but it is possible that you have not been eating enough, so your body is in "survival" mode.  Kick up the protein and drop all carbs and see what happens!   Good Luck!  I know it's a struggle...I'm  wearing the ugly regain pounds right now and hate it too!! You also might want to get your resting metabolic rate checked. So you will know how may calories you burn without doing anything. That will tell you the min you need without going into starving. And then have them check your exercising rate to burn fat. Mine is 1300 calories if I do nothing but sit or lay, so I know if I stay at about 1400 I will lose weight. No less. And I lose weight at about a 90 heart rate. Funny, but for me, if I do strenous arobics, I will burn only glucogen and not fat. Arobics are still great for the heart, but I wanted to know about fat burning. So for me, I walk and do weights to lose weight. I had mine done at a PT center, but lots of places do it. Sara
