Good  Morning  all  you   Sweet  Do  righter's.... I  have  missed each  one  of  you !!!!!!!!!! Looking   forward  to  reading  each  of  your  posts today ...:-) healthy  breakfast   today. had my vitamins   its so  nice   and quiet here  no  one is up :-) will  have  a  evaluation  done   during  PT   on  my  neck  tomorrow Dr  said  not  to  be  disappointed  if I  have to  have  another  8  weeks  on  PT .....

Glad you started the thread AGAIN, Tami.  I just cannot seem to get to the board early any more!! I'm glad to get here at all!!! Wearing size 8 pants again today!!! Wooooooooohooooooooooo Ate hi-protein oatmeal for breakfast. High protein cocoa for snack. Will have healthy lunch and high protein afternoon. Planning on going to Curves this afternoon. It will be my 3rd visit this week!!! Hope you all are having wonderful days today!! Let us know what you've done right!!! Hugs,  Piggy

Size eight pants,  WOW  that is great.   I am being accountable for myself  today.  Grandsons are here and we made homemade waffles from scrach, however I did not eat ANY!  I made myself a turkey bacon omlet with green pepper and  little cheese.  I am making plans right now for lunch as soon as I finish here.  I  want to lose down to 200# I have lost 100#. Thank you for telling us what you ate.   It helped me. Eat Good Tena

Thanks for the Congrats Tena!!! I am sooooooooo proud of you for being accountable for yourself. That is VERY healthy! You omelet sounds a LOT better to me than waffles!!!! I'm sure you enjoyed it. Size 8 is great! Wish we lived closer so we could share clothes, LOL!!!! Had to do the Walmart run today and then foiled a friend's hair. didn't walk yet but plan on at least taking a short one. Doing well with eathing so far today.
