Hey all.. we had a disaster drill at work today.. One of those full on everyone gets involved and we have people with ketcup.. darn.. i had to go on an appointment so I missed all the fun. hehehehe... how was your day folks.. I had a pretty good one..lol when I found out I missed the big party.. remember their are over 2000 employees where I work and its a hosptial for developmentally disabled so theres a lot of folks running around..

here was my day...

Breakfast

today is my miracle baby's 12th birthday!!! WOW, I'm feelin' a little old. She was NOT supposed to live to be born (long story) all my doctors and specialist said that "if" I delivered her full term she wouldn't live more then a few hours..... here we are 12 YEARS later, she lives a life of perfect health!!!!  what a great day to CELEBRATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  b - oatmeal s - protein drink school snack - protein ball, 1/2 banana l - turkey wrap, protein ball d - turkey wrap s - protein ball calories: 1163 fat: 34 carbs: 74 protein: 119 Good day with food!!!! LOVE the protein vs. carbs too!!!!

What a blessing that must be. Miracles are wonderful things.. I count each breath as one.. but to have such a wonderful miracle lets you feel Gods love the most. Enjoy her day and the many more to come and cheerish those days that have past.

you had an excellent day with food and yes the carb/protein is just perfect. were you at school all day. If you were it looks like you got you meals figured out. Congrats... keep it up and I will see you tomorrow.

Yes, this was my all day at school schedule. I'm happy with it. It went very well. Now If I can just keep it up and not get sick and tired of eatting the same thing all the time. lol

Oh Carla...I went on a carb binge!!  The day started o****il my 17 year old son asked if just him and I could go to dinner...this does not happen often (ok never) so I had to do it.  Of course he wanted to go to his favorite Italian resturant...it was downhill from there but worth the time spent alone with him. B: Protein shake S: Chai Latte - don't even know why... L: Chicken enchilada / Carne asado street taco S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese / 1 tbsp peanut butter D: 1/2 order spinach/cheese ravioli / few bites of spagetti LNS:  2 lunch bags of doritos            4 triscuitee / 2 slices of cheese Cal: 1727            Carbs: 159 (told you binge)         Fat: 98 (yikes!)    Protein: 104 Skipped the workout too! Oh my... pasta, chips, triscuitee, enchilada, hmmm... yeah.. carb binge.. hehehehe.. did great on protein.. wow.. on the calories too. ohh..just saw the fat.. yikes is right...lol.. and no work outt.. hahaha... well lets just call this a day your ship sailed without you ... now go catch it and get control...

You allowed a off day once in a while you know.. dont sweat it..
