I buy HemaPlex from my local vitamin store.  It is a chelated iron so it doesn't gas you up or cause constipation like many of the rest.  It has always worked wonders for me and it took me from my levels being at a 4 back to normal in a very short time. Good Luck! Mary

I complained about this all the time and prior to surgery doc put me on Niferex.. its' a prescription and it isn't cheap and isn't covered by insurance.. but it does wonders and it does not constipate..  Ask about it..
