Hey all.. so it's back to work time. How did you all do.. I had another low day not because I felt bad just didnt have an appetite.. go figure..

So lets check our ships log and put down our journey. Sail together as captains of our own ships.


Breakfast

I had the worst carb day I've ever had!!!  But today is a new day, I've got my foods packed and it's gonna be an awesome day.  b - oatmeal s - protein drink  l - turkey wrap; sf pudding s - small banana w/ 1 Tbs peanut butter d - grilled chicken wrap and apple dipper WITH carmel (big mistake) s - protein drink  Calories: 1373 Fat: 35 Carbs: 152 Protein: 108 Well, at least I got in the protein and the calories for the day! heehee Cant change the past so we move on to today!!  HUGS

Sounds like you had a day like I had the other day. I feel for you.. it sucks dumping or getting things stuck. I hope you have a better day today. you did well on protein so at least that was a good thing..

I had orthopedic surgery so working out for me is out. I miss it soooo much! I really need to lose the 10 lbs I have gained since I first hurt myself in Feb!! I was immobile for a while but I am back to posting on OH and reaching out for support! Summer

Hi Summer.. nice to meet you.

Hope you get up and running soon. Wow.. cals are very low.. I would try and get them up a bit if you can and do a little more on the protein even if its a protein ball or shake. I know you cant move around much but you still need to keep your body from going into starvation mode. you should be at least at 1100 cals. I lost weight when I brought my cals up. give it a try..

Not too bad Carla, just a little low on the calories, but all else was great.

Not much going on here now that my DH is back to work. Our weather is fantastic right now, low 80's, sunny with low humidty. Finally geting some ripe tomatos from my plants. Trying to get some things done around the house that need improving. Also been spending some time getting digital scrapbook of my family completed. Hope I can have it done by Christmas so I can give out copies to my family.
