I know TMI but hey we are all family here right... I was feeling pretty punny most of the day...

Breakfast

Carla, hope you're feeling better today!! I had a crazy busy weekend with the woman's conference. My eatting went right out the window. I think Saturday was about 950 calories but Sunday was a little better. I made a point of working harder on it, although I didn't fitday it. But lunch was chicken tenderloin and corn bread (a yummy once in a while treat for me) dinner last night was a turkey wrap. I think I was probably at about 1250ish.. still a little low but better then Saturday. Today we didnt have to stay at school until 3:30 due to school interviews not being completed. So I came home at noon. Tomorrow will start my madness at school. I did fill out a request from the Dean to have water in class. I hope to hear back on that tomorrow. HUGS
How was the conference. I hope you had a great time. Sounds like a nice meal too.. I was low all weekend myself.. sometimes we just have days like that.. I am trying to pick it up today. You will do great.. you just need to figure out how to work out your meals and it will all be ok. keep up the good work and enjoy your early day out. you will need it for the rest of the week.

Carla, do you think I need to up my calories or just my protein? I work out 4 days a week really hard...I've been stuck for months! Ok, before you say it, yes I know I need to reduce my carbs too!

I know when I increased my calories and protein I started loosing weight again. My body was burning more than I was getting in each day. You are doing great Trish keep it up

Well, I made a new recipe I saw done on a TV show for healthy eating. It has oatmeal and oat flour in it. I added a little more milk to the recipe to counter the added cup of protien powder. Maybe I should of decreased the flour instead? They came out ok, I like them. Wish I could get another opinion, but my family won't try them.
I will try another recipe when these are gone to see if it works better with a different recipe.
I know I should of had only one, but .... it brought my carbs up a little high, but my protien was great.

What they wont be a guinea pig for you.. that is so wrong.. Please keep us informed on the muffin watch.. i would love to make some when you have it perfected. Especially if they are chocolate muffins..lol... i know shoot me..
you had a good day... the muffins when up an extra 10 proteins.. very nice.. carbs are a little high but hey.. you did great on everything. look at the little fat number.. thats a key too. well keep up the good work.. and trick them to try it..lol..
