Accountability... What did you eat Sunday

Lets just chalk this up to a terrible day for me.. I ate breakfast and it didnt like me and it started a cycle all day of everything I tried to eat.. It was stuck and wasnt giving it up either.. Finally about 3:00 I tried what someone had said which was to drink warm water with meat tenderizer in it.. yucky.. but I guess it worked.. I did feel better but for the rest of the day I was just to affraid to eat much.. so here was my fun day.. most of it didnt count but I did put it in so I counted it since I dont know how much actually stayed.

I know TMI but hey we are all family here right... I was feeling pretty punny most of the day...


Breakfast

I tried this was a bad choice... pb and upset stomach..

Carla, hope you're feeling better today!! I had a crazy busy weekend with the woman's conference. My eatting went right out the window. I think Saturday was about 950 calories but Sunday was a little better. I made a point of working harder on it, although I didn't fitday it. But lunch was chicken tenderloin and corn bread (a yummy once in a while treat for me) dinner last night was a turkey wrap. I think I was probably at about 1250ish.. still a little low but better then Saturday.  Today we didnt have to stay at school until 3:30 due to school interviews not being completed. So I came home at noon. Tomorrow will start my madness at school.  I did fill out a request from the Dean to have water in class. I hope to hear back on that tomorrow.  HUGS

Glad to hear you sent something to the Dean. It shouldnt be a problem being allowed to drink.. heck you could even take a protein drink than to drink during class to get your meals in.

How was the conference. I hope you had a great time. Sounds like a nice meal too.. I was low all weekend myself.. sometimes we just have days like that.. I am trying to pick it up today. You will do great.. you just need to figure out how to work out your meals and it will all be ok. keep up the good work and enjoy your early day out. you will need it for the rest of the week.

Good day for me...weekends are usually REALLY BAD...we won't mention why I did not post on Friday or Sat, ok?

Did a 1 hour spin class (wanted to leave right away but stuck it out)...and I think I drank all my liquids! 

Carla, do you think I need to up my calories or just my protein?  I work out 4 days a week really hard...I've been stuck for months!  Ok, before you say it, yes I know I need to reduce my carbs too!

For as hard as you are working out your carbs are not to bad. below 100 would be great and you are right there. I do think you need to up the calories a bit to 1200-1500 cause i know you burn at ton during exercise. On days you dont work out I would do the lower end of the scale... at least that what I do... I would like to see your protein over 100 evenup to 120. It takes more energy to burn protein than carbs so you actually burning more cals with protein.

I know when I increased my calories and protein I started loosing weight again. My body was burning more than I was getting in each day. You are doing great Trish keep it up

Thanks Carla!  I will try it...the hard thing for me is not getting in more calories, it's getting in the "right" kind of calories...hee, hee.  i will aim for 120 grams of protein...that makes sense.

Well, I made a new recipe I saw done on a TV show for healthy eating. It has oatmeal and oat flour in it. I added a little more milk to the recipe to counter the added cup of protien powder. Maybe I should of decreased the flour instead? They came out ok, I like them. Wish I could get another opinion, but my family won't try them.
I will try another recipe when these are gone to see if it works better with a different recipe.

I know I should of had only one, but .... it brought my carbs up a little high, but my protien was great.

Thanks and yes I feel much better today thank goodness.. yesterday was a tough one.

What they wont be a guinea pig for you.. that is so wrong.. Please keep us informed on the muffin watch.. i would love to make some when you have it perfected. Especially if they are chocolate muffins..lol... i know shoot me..

you had a good day... the muffins when up an extra 10 proteins.. very nice.. carbs are a little high but hey.. you did great on everything. look at the little fat number.. thats a key too. well keep up the good work.. and trick them to try it..lol..
