Well another low day for me.. i didnt eat lunch cause I was making protein balls and liked the spoon.. that filled me up..lol.. doesnt take much.. anyway.. took on extra protein in my ice cream to boost my number...

Carla, I ate like a speeding train heading for a crash yesterday!!! My calories were not out of "bounds" but boy, was it bad, bad, bad food choices...I mean I had carrot cake ice cream(OMG was it good) and some chocolate chip cookies....I need toget my sugar cravings down so I'm looking at buying some sf/ff pudding....I usually don't eat alot at one time, but end up coming back several time throughout the day, ya know? I've learned how to outdo the dumping thing sometimes....Anyhoo....I'm hoping today will be better choices for me, food is such a monkey on my back...We've all been there, haven't we? Wow... you did have a high day but look at the protein you had... great job. Of course the fat are carbs are also up. You have control of the ship and I think you are always so low you body needs to do this once in a while. Try to find a common number each day to stay at.. you should be at about 1200 each day if you are still trying to loose..

Better day today, I am happy with it. Hopefuly tomorrow I can experiement making some protien packed muffins. Will let you know how they turn out.
Icecream has always been a downfall for me. I don't keep any in the house because if I had a half gal in the freezer I would be eating it constantly without regard to portion control. I have bought ww icecream cups (140) each, come two in a package and I have one a give the other to my husband. That way I can have a little taste without going overboard. I need to change my route driving through town though to avoid getting tempted and stopping and getting a wendys frosty.
