Oh my.. just got back from the fair.. i must of walked a billion miles.. I didnt eat or drink so when I go home I double timed both.. I know thats not how to do it but hey... I was so low I even laughed.. so here it goes.

Very nice day for you. There must of been to much sugar in them. So your pouch is as picky as mine I see. Dont think it was worth the calories for the potein it gave you.. at 213 for a total of 5 exchange with carbs at 44.. that was over half of what you usually eat. It's nice to try new things though and I have a whole cabinet of things that didnt work for me..lol..

i havent been posting my foods. i am doing good mostly. i have a few cravings. i wanted to make lasagna out of cottage cheese today but not sure how to figure it out on fitday. i havent done fitday lately. just eating small portions. my weight was 150 on monday now its back to 153 . not sure why. maybe my body doesnt like 150 mark.. thats it for now. i will try to start doing fitday and be accountabe.. anita
Nice to see you again. Yeah that nasty scale has a way of doing that. Stay with the basics and small meals and get tha****er in.. you are doing ok...
