well.. my cals are low but I ate a ton.. protein looks good and fat is great... not a bad day all around..

Your day looked pretty good. Your oatmeal would have put you a little better, but we all know what busy days are about. What kind of protein bar do you eat?? I don't have any that I like and that sit well with my pouch.

Fats were a little high, it was the burger (21grams of fat) but I was so limited on time and options, it was better then empty carb calories.
foods gonna be messed up this weekend as I'll be at a woman's conference... they're feeding us 1/2 the day and we're on our own the other half.....oh me, oh my.... I hope the at least have chicken!!!
you had a great day. I think your addiction is hamburgers..lol.. Hope you have a great day at the conference and they have some good choices for you to eat. you are doing great at protein so keep up the good work..

gi8ve them a try.. they sale them most places Walmart is the cheapest I have found at 1.00 a piece.. other places are 1.50 to 2.00.. I stock up everytime I go there...

l....campbell chicken noddle soup...low fat.
s...peanutbutter granular bar.
s....granular bar...this was a late snack, had a class frm 7pm-10pm, horrible, sleppy.. esp. tht i had worked a 10 hr shift.
d...spinach and beef stew about 1/2 cup...had to force this in, my cal intake not so good.
did drink a ton of water.
