Well I am not sure I had a better day but I feel like I did.. I have been working crazy at work on some stuff which has kept me occupied. Tomorrow I have my Remecade treatment and it always wears me out, but I am glad to get it.. I always feel better afterwards.

so here is what my day looked like..


Breakfast

Carla - You just forgot your ice cream, that's all!  Ice CreamROFL Your day looked pretty good. Your oatmeal would have put you a little better, but we all know what busy days are about. What kind of protein bar do you eat?? I don't have any that I like and that sit well with my pouch.  B - oatmeal  s - protein drink l - salad (ham, egg, cheese) slice of thin crust pizza, cottage cheese s - double cheeseburger late dinner - turkey wrap Calories: 1139 Fat: 49 Carbs: 72 Protein: 98   Fats were a little high, it was the burger (21grams of fat) but I was so limited on time and options, it was better then empty carb calories.  foods gonna be messed up this weekend as I'll be at a woman's conference... they're feeding us 1/2 the day and we're on our own the other half.....oh me, oh my.... I hope the at least have chicken!!!

Hello my name is Carla and I am a chocoholic.. yes I admit it.. where else could you be on diet and get to eat chocolate 4 times a day.. chocolate protein drink, bar, balls and ice cream.. its truely sad.. if they made chocolate oatmeal I would be all over it..

you had a great day. I think your addiction is hamburgers..lol.. Hope you have a great day at the conference and they have some good choices for you to eat. you are doing great at protein so keep up the good work..

I eat the pure protein bars. I like the pure chocolate one. it has bites of chocolate in it and it is truely yummy. There are two sizes.. I get the one that has 20 grams of protein.. like I said.. it's all about chocolate with me...

gi8ve them a try.. they sale them most places Walmart is the cheapest I have found at 1.00 a piece.. other places are 1.50 to 2.00.. I stock up everytime I go there...

good morning, b...protein shake. l....campbell chicken noddle soup...low fat. s...peanutbutter granular bar. s....granular bar...this was a late snack, had a class frm 7pm-10pm, horrible, sleppy.. esp. tht i had worked a 10 hr shift.  d...spinach and beef stew about 1/2 cup...had to force this in, my cal intake not so good. did drink a ton of water.

I hate those late night classes.. my brain doesnt think that late. Intake could of been higher especially with how busy you were yesterday and you were still able to make good choices. keep up the good work and get some rest.. you deserve it.

Nice job Trish... look at that number.. I know you're proud. and way low on fat too.. you had a great day. Keep that ship sailing my friend.. you're on the home stretch now..

Here's what I had: B: 2 cups (10 ounces each) coffee with no sugar added chocolate Swiss Miss S: SF pound cake slices (2) and one mini chocolate sf muffin L: Sobe Lean 20 ounce, 1 tbl peanut butter, 1 cup cooked chicken and 1/3 cup cole slaw S: cheese stick, 24 oz GV SF Drink Mix S2(on the drive home): 24 oz Spark Drink D: 1 pork chop, broiled, 3 cooked beets BedtimeSnack: 10 oz of Hot cocoa made with Soy milk and regular milk mixed  (Total count: about 1500 calories and 70 grams of protein)

I'm not sure what you mean by "not the same." Well you are about a year out now.. are you at goal or are you still trying to loose. What was the carb count and fat count on your day. Come sail with us and enjoy the group.
