Getting there.... damn it!
Good for you! Getting that regained weight off is a real accomplishment. You are not alone in the struggle to lose the last of the pounds to get to goal. It is difficult, but can be done. Hang in there you will make it.

I have been constantly doing the same thing!! I was 25 pounds away from goal and stayed there for about a year. Then I would give into the sugar demon and put on a few pounds. I would get back on track and lose it back. Here recently I gave into it and gained 15 pounds. About a week and a half ago, I somehow found it in me to get back on track again and I have lost 7 of the 15 pounds I gained. I am doing everything right (I even started walking longer) and just seems to take forever to get off these pounds. When I get discouraged is when I start eating everything in sight. I have to keep reminding myself that I have came this far and I have to hang in there. When I crave something sweet, I eat a little cottage cheese with a little DaVinci syrup in it. That usually helps. However, nothing takes the place of a big fat brownie (that's one of my weaknesses).
