I ate everything.. how is that for an answer.. I dont know what is going on lately but I have been snacky and it needs to stop... so i am righting my ship tomorrow and setting course for a good day..

This is what my day looked like..


Breakfast

Did good today as well.  b - oatmeal s - protein drink l - 1/2 turkey wrap s - protein bar (ick, wont buy those again) d - 1/2 oriental chicken roll up (mostly ate the chicken and 1/2 the fries) s - protein drink  s - popcorn Totals Calories: 1223 Fat: 25 Carbs: 104 Protein: 110 Low water day today. I can't stomach warm or room temperature water and that's all I had. Forgot to freeze a water bottle. I'll work harder on that today.

Wow.. you are so on a roll.. keep it up.. look at that protein.. yuck.. warm water... yeah I freeze my bottles to.. way to go on preping for you day girl.. now keep it up..

Glad to see you back.. how have you been.. yeah those homemade ones are good... so are the carbs... you did ok for the day. got more protein with that drink. Keep up the good work. Get that ship sailing again...

I dont see a muffin.. oh my... lol.. good day of totals.. look at that protein. I think you did great.. hope you had a good visit and all is well. yes you choices are different today but thats a good thing... I am bored with my same old menu..lol.. but it works so I stick with it.
