Accountability... what did you eat Monday
I got the invididual packs of protein shakes WWW.C2LInfo.com so that i could try them, it's been hit or miss on the ones i like and dislike, cookies and cream is a winner: cappucino and mint chocolate are WAY not. I like AchievOne i just couldn't be bothered to go down and get one and I ate too much lunch, i can only move on and try to do better. ANDI
Had a great day. I have been working on getting major house cleaning done and have been tackleing one thing each day. Got my hair highlighted today, I do love being blond. Makes me feel perky and alive.
Have started making protien hot chocolate and it tastes great and is a good way to get in some added protien. Check out my totals today! Makes me wonder how dear Alesia is. I know she liked that protien hot cocoa too.
