Good evening all.. had a busy day and actually followed my plan.. that is til I was bad and ate to fast at lunch... thank goodness I was able to recover and had a good rest of the day... how did you all do..

here was my day...


Breakfast

Wow guys, I'm almost SHOCKED at my foods today!!! I was able to make it through yesterday with great results!!! The only thing I could have done without was the baked lays chips, but honestly considering I was at Panera Bread and their AWESOME caramel brownies were in full smell and begging me..... I did GREAT B - oatmeal S - hot chocolate protein drink L - grilled chicken breast, small salad, wheat dinner roll S - protein drink  D - Grilled chicken salad w/ cheese, lays baked chips Totals:  Calories: 1256 Fat: 34 Carbs: 102 (heehee the wheat roll and chips) Protein:  124

Wow you did have a great day. Look at that protein... that totally rocks.. carbs are not bad at all either... love the fat content... you had an awesome day.. now keep that up. Wow best mom in the world and great food day all on the same day.. you should be proud of how well you did.

Carla, I too, have the same problem if I eat too fast...your day was lookin' good! Laurie you had a great day too!!!!!! My day was low, and not great choices at all....but the ice cream I did have was yummy...(apple pie flavored, how bad can that be??? LOL)...I'm making me a pot of soup to munch on....not sure how the calories will be, it's mostly veggies, but there is a little protein..just sounds good today.  Have a great day everyone! Dede

Wow.. good thing you had some protein balls and body fortress.... very low day for you... for the day the protein looks good..lol... I love veggie soup.. throw some steak in the thing... have a good day...

ok ok you've got me: b'fast: one scrambled egg w/ 3 slices grilled deli ham snack 1: 2 cheese sticks late lunch: steamed chicken and broccoli w/garlic sauce on the side dinner: skipped it Snack: (2) cups microwave popcorn and 1/4 cup of butternut squash got in my supplements AND my fluids i felt like an all around good dog, I just need to get my proteins up there!  Andi

yes... proteins are on the low side... u need to do sparkpeople and figure out your totals.. i dont think you eat enough so you body starves...I love cheese sticks but want more protein for my calories.. just things spark taught me.. i eat all day and still dont eat to many calories.. glad to see you joined us... now sail that ship captain... you can do it.l

i put it into fit day the egg, chicken, ham and cheese sticks helped me get over 70 grams so i'm working on it but it's a process and i'm proud to keep my carbs down. A

great... post them each day so we can all have a gander.. helps us all help each other... can you say protein drink... that may help.. i know u hate them.. but... you know I luv ya...
