You deserve a new wardrobe so enjoy it... What size are u in now... I sure you are doing great. I am in loose 5's, 3 to 0 really but dont want to get to many of them incase my weight settles different...
Now keep the calories up for this new training program.. you're gonna need it with what he has planned for you. Have you put more in your diet... take care of yourself and enjoy.. I know you are loving it..

Hi Carla! I am a new shoe addict! I got 3 pairs on clearance at JCPennys the other day and then I had a $10 off coupon so I got all 3 pairs for $5. How cool is that??? I literally have only 1 pair of jeans and they are a size 12 and beyond baggy. I tried on the 10s the other day and they were too lose. I need to go back and try the 8s! I'm ecstatic about that! I am having so much fun shopping! I lose being able to pick clothes because I like the way they look on me, not simply because they fit. Before I would buy them if they fit because I had no other choice! I'm having problems getting all my calories in ... I still can't eat a lot in one sitting so if I break my meals up into mini-meals, I'm eating all the time and then I worry that I might be grazing. I just don't know how else to get my calories in to compensate for my exercising. I just have to test the waters this week to see how it goes. I have my new weight lifting class tonight and I'm so pumped for it! Can't wait! Deanna

Did well today in spite of a stressful day, I have been trying to get my husband prior arthorization for a new medication he needs to take. On the phone back and forth with doctors office and insurance company. Not sure who to believe. Insurance companys says doctor's office has not sent in all info and the doctor's office says they did. Insurance company gives you 45 days to complete everything and then they just refuse the request if info is not given. I tend to believe the nurse in the office, not the insurance company. I think they just don't want to pay for the drug because it will be used differently than how it is usually used and prescribed.
