Hey all.. well we had the B-day party for my MIL and it was a lot of fun.. sad thing is a snacked on a couple pretzels just before lunch than I couldnt eat lunch so I got to just be the hostess with the mostess...lol.. had a great time.. rode a little.. and kept pretty busy.. got a nasty little sun burn on my shoulders.. good thing I turn brown instead of peeling forever..lol.. so how was your day... heres mine.


Breakfast

We had a crazy day yesterday, ended up having to take our daughter to ER, she cut her foot open (5 inside stitches, 5 outside stitches). We were there forever... missed lunch and snacks all together. After ER we took her for dinner and dessert (OMGSH, I don't want to teach her the whole comfort food thing).  So numbers totally suck today but there was nothing Icould do about it. I'm glad that I didn't take junk out of the vending machine and eat it!!!  B - oatmeal S - protein drink D - 2 chicken tenders, coleslaw and a few bites of baked potato; a handful of bites of chocolate cake S - protein drink Totals:  Calories: 836 Fat: 27 Carbs: 73 Protein: 64

WOW... I hope your daughter is ok. Thats terrible.. sounds like it was pretty deep as well to need that many stitches inside too.. I can understand you low day. It good you got that extra protein drink in to help bring it up.

Hope she isnt hurting to much. thats a tough place to be hurt... Stay safe and I'll see you tomorrow..

I have to force myself to keep my totals up with all those protein suppliments. If i didnt I would be so low it would be terrible. Glad you had a good day at the bbq and spent some time with ppl you care about. It's a good thing.. have a great sunday and I'll see you tomorrow.

Yes it was a good weekend but tiring. I head back to work tomorrow where I can rest.. how sad is that..

You had a good day. I dont see a real need to curb your appetite. you usually stay on the low side. Maybe you could add a protein shake or protein ball to get that up a bit.. I know the new muffins will help with that area too. I dropped a ton of weight when i upped my protein. I used to only do about 70 or 80 and I went up above 100 and lost about 10 pounds. Now I am trying to add carbs to stop loosing.
