Accountability.. what did you eat Friday
B-EAS protein drink
S- Scrambled eggs 2 slices bacon
L- 1/2 panini turkey,provolone and spinach
S 100 cal pack cookies and 3 cheese club crackers
S 100 cal pack Ritz mix
D- low carb bread, fried egg, turkey bacon and LF swiss
S DQ small ice cream cone( gave the cone to our lab Rosie as usual)
All my water missed half my vitamins and calcium
walked alternating jogging on the track at the YMCA for 30 minutes. I did not want to do too much as I fell during circuit training Thursday morning and my knee and ankle are a little sore.
Our weekend is the usual soccer on Saturday, church on Sunday and we usually go to the YMCA every day. I need to clean my house! My ship is sailing well on the exercise I have not missed a day this month but I am still eating too many carb snacks. I think I need to stock up some more protein type snacks. I hope everyone has a pleasant weekend and BBQ's sound good! I am craving a burger with grilled onions, maybe that will be dinner!

ah.. the burger. after all that cooking I just couldnt eat a bite... I had eaten a couple pretzels and it filled me up... so I didnt get to enjoy the bbq... lol... oh well.. it was fun..
You are doing great.. carbs are a bit high and I am not sure whta the totals for the whole thing are but you seem to be doing great.. expecially with the exercise. Keep on sailing that ship girl... see ya tomorrow.
