You must have met me and I told you what I do in the mornings !!!! LOL That is EXACTLY what I do EVERY MORNING !!!! Except I am nude when I stand on that scale. I want the "true" weight. LOL I had a LBL May 9th....ended up with still too much skin and flabby abs. My PS said that they will get better. SO I joined a REAL GYM ( not Curves where I had gone for 2 yrs....that is for beginners )....my PS said to change up workouts daily. SO I do Yoga monday, Pilates 2 class on tuesday, wednesday is Core class...which is totally a killer ( instructor is trying to kill us all LOL ) thursday is Zumba ( latin dancing like with exercise) and friday is Pilates 1. Now with ALL that exercise classes I have GAINED 6 lbs. I am so ticked. My bariatric surgeon told me at Support Group the other night that if my clothes are not tighter ( and they aren't ) then it is muscle that I am gaining and the weight is due to muscle gain in my abs area. LOL I didn't want my weight to go up but if that is what it takes to have tight abs....bring the weight gain on. Just as much as it isn't too much. LOL I do try to eat right and make healthy choices.

It is very common to see a little raise or platue in weight when you start a new workout program. the body isnt sure what is going on and it retains more fluids to help the muscles heal. After a few weeks it figures out that its ok and you will see it go back down.
Sounds like you are really getting a great work program going.. keep it going.. you will see the difference and your weight in time..

Well things are looking up for me. Getting closer to my goal. It has to be that on most days I have upped my calories. I can't say I have been exercising
, but what ever is the reason I"ll take it.

weight this week 154!
I guess consistency payes off eventually.
