Hey everyone.. many of you get up before me so I thought I would post this now so it's there when you get up.. go potty and stand on that scale.. I know you all do the same thing I do.. so do you sway to the side... lean forward... try it a couple times to get the lowest number.. do tell.. I will post mine in the morning after I do my thing to get the lowest number..lol... congrats all on all your success.. remember its not always about loosing. It about staying on track, being healthy and taking care of yourself..

Friday morning ....148lbs!  My goal was 160 but my body wants to be smaller. 1yr and 4 months out from RNY . They say the honeymoon period will end soon. Doesn't feel that way just now though. Rose C. 275/148

Yes I hit my goal and than lost anothe 15 pounds. Our body will figure it out I guess when its ready to stop.. great job.. on the weight loss.. you are doing awesome.

Personally, I jump on first thing in the am, after using the restroom.  today I'm 132.... not bad for a bad food day yesterday!!

That is great... you are doing great.. When we are working on maintance like this staying in the range is what it's all about..

This week 122

I actually dipped to 119 this week but increased my calories to get back in the 120's. Seems to have worked so I am happy with that.

165. down 2 lbs . I'm 25 from by goal. I started to slip & gained 7 lbs but came back in here & started back to the basics. glad to see the 2 lbs gone this AM. Brenda

That is so great. I know the up and down thing can be so maddening. Keep up the good work.. the basics are a great thing..
