Friday weigh in
Hey everyone.. many of you get up before me so I thought I would post this now so it's there when you get up.. go potty and stand on that scale.. I know you all do the same thing I do.. so do you sway to the side... lean forward... try it a couple times to get the lowest number.. do tell.. I will post mine in the morning after I do my thing to get the lowest number..lol... congrats all on all your success.. remember its not always about loosing. It about staying on track, being healthy and taking care of yourself..
