Accountability... What did you eat
Oh my.. that oatmeal was the bomb. I ate that and didnt worry about eating all day. usually I am watching the clock for my snack time.. I still had my snack but it was because it was time not because I was starving.. so I am happy with that.. also got my calories up a little higher.. Ate some pretzels and pb for an extra snack. Good day over all for me.. and drank a ton of fluids..

I do the ice cream for three reasons... first I love chocolate and I love ice cream so it is a nice treat. Secondly, to get my calories up each day. without it I would be to low. Lastly, and the most important reason is I dont do well with sugar or sugar alchols. It helps keep me regular. I know thats silly but it works.. I guess I could find something else but yeah, why fix what is not broke.. lol.. yeah you do need to get those calories up a bit.. you should be trying to get up to 1200. I would never make it if it werent for the protein balls, bars, and ice cream. I just dont eat enough.
Try and find some ways to get it up a bit. You may feel less tired and see the scales moving downward again.

s - string cheese
l - small salad (ham, egg, cheese toppings), slice of thin crust pizza, slice of dessert pizza (no crust)
s - sf pudding cup
d - dbl cheeseburger 1/2 bun, side salad
s - 100 cal klondic bar (did good, there were two left and I gave one to dh to finish off the box. wont buy those again... I eat them too much)

No protein drinks today. Not good. I ran out and forgot to go to the store. I now have to go from 7am until 3pm with only what I can take in my school bag that doesn't need a fridge.... oh my, I don't know what to do. Adjusting to school is going to be a trick. I did break down and buy some Detour Bars, they're the only protein bar that I can stomach. I'll have that and a warm water bottle (ICK)
Any ideas????
I'm definately going to have to use a freezer thing for lunch. Today was HORRIBLE!!!!!! Thanks for the great idea.
Bty: funny note, When I first started eatting Detour Bars for my protein bar - I loved it, it was like a Snicker's Bar to me and I had to actually limit myself to one per day..... now??

I carry a soft pac**** chest with me when i go on the road for work or classes that are gonna keep me busy all day. I use the blue pac**** things and I freeze half the bottle of water/CL and put those in my ice chest. As the day goes on I pull out my snacks and lunch as i need them. I also have cold drinks because as melt they remain cold. it works out great for me and it can be put away when it is empty. it doesnt weigh much and the strap allows me to carry it over my shoulder. just a thought..

b...2 large boiled eggs.
s..fruity granular bar.
l...3oz chicken breast and some mixed vegetables.
s...100 calorie pack oreos( too good to resist) i only had 1 pack.
d...spinach and beef stew 1/2 cup. just 2 tablespoons of white rice.
.i had a glass of magarita...i know, not good, too much sugar, pretty much empty cals....but it was calling my name
