Darn Scale

It just won't move...I have been stuck since MAY!  I have not changed anything.  I am not eating more, not eating less than I have been since around 6 months out.  I just stopped losing.  I am 10lbs away from goal and it's so frustrating.  I work out with a trainer, one on one 3xper week...do another day or two at the gym on my own.

Yeah, I mess up sometimes...drink some wine, eat some chips and salsa BUT give me a break.  Honestly, I don't understand, nothing has changed in my habits so why have I stopped losing?

I know all the reasonable things to do...go back to basics, increase you calories, up your workouts, yada, yada, yada.  It just is so frustrating.  I am confident that I will be able to maintain once I get there but, when will it happen?

Thanks for listening,

Trish

Oh, that is frustrating especially when you're so close to your goal! Just keep doing all the good things that you're doing and you'll make it there!!!!!! Maybe try changing things up a bit just to see what happens~with your workouts, eating patterns, etc. Who knows, it might just spark a loss! Good Luck and keep us posted!

Trish, I agree with trying to change it up. Last week I decided to up my calories because I am trying to maintain and ended up losing a pound!! Sometimes you need MORE calories. Keep up the good work.

Starting weight: 262   Current weight: 152.2 Goal weight: under 155 - I keep going over - UGH!!!

I totally understand what your going through. I have been the same weight (give or take a few) since Jan. I am 20 lbs from my goal. I have just excepted that this is where I'm supposed to be. So I just keep on keeping on.  Good luck & just keep on keeping on.   Brenda

Ok.. I'll give that thing a swift kick in the scale butt.. how is that.. This has to be the toughest time.. that last few pounds.. it feels like forever I am sure.. just stick to what you're doing and it will happen.. since you added exercise you wont show a loss at first.. than all of a sudden it will start coming off again.. have faith.. you are doing everything right.. change it up a couple day to confuse your metabolism.. just hang in Trixie.. its gonna happen.

Big hug

Carla
