Sorry  I  am   just  getting  to  post  .  I  had  PT  today  and  have   such  a  head  ache ..   I   took  my  vitamins Ate  a  healthy   breakfast   I  have   drank  only   32  oz  so  far   Hope  everyone is  having  a  good  day  .

well for breakfast  --protein shake                snack--- 1/2 sweet potato                lunch -- 1/2 sm tomato,  1/2 sm. squash, 1/2 C. g-beans, 2oz. ham                 snack---another protein shack               2:35                    felt munchy so I ate a protein ball. just discovered these & yumyum         supper--- plan on salmon patty w/ some kind of vegi not to bad but not good on my water.  Brenda

well today is Wednesday so that's a good thing right off the bat.  *up, showered, dressed, and ate breakfast *went to school and had an awesome time (boy its great to LOVE school) *had a meeting afterwards so I didn't eat from 6:30am - 2:00pm... way too long for me. I went to a pizza buffet ($5.19 great price) I had a loaded salad (ham, egg, cheese, carrots,) and MADE myself eat slow, cuz I was stravin and I knew I could easily make myself sick. I had one piece of thin crust ham pizza and an apple dessert pizza that I mostly scrapped off the toppings and ate it.  Very good meal for me - I'm proud of it!!!  *had bunch of phone calls, faxes and misc. junk to deal with when I got home - did all of that *now I'm gonna get dinner ready and then go to church.  because I ate lunch late I'm having a snack before church and then my dinner after.  HUGS

I'm sorry to hear you have a headache!!! I'm still fighting a head cold~urgh! I did do my 8mile walk this morning and was glad when it was over, LOL. I haven't been very hungry b/c of my cold, but I'm doing well with protein so that's good. I'm also taking some extra Vit C.
