Hi Carla! I wish I could lose more weight ... this stupid stall is NO fun! I still haven't budged on the scales. You would think after my 6.2 mile run on Sunday the scale would have showed something ... nope! Ugh! Here's my day yesterday ... B-- protein shake S-- Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins and skim milk L-- 1/2 slice thin crust pepperoni pizza, 1/2 serving Sun Chips S-- banana with peanut butter D-- MexiMelt from Taco Bell S-- ice cream Calories: 1208 Protein: 78 Exercise: I went to the gym and walked briskly for 30 minutes. Then I did full-body strength training for 40 minutes and some ab work. I'm still sore after my 10K and I think lifting weights yesterday just made me more tired! Deanna :)
