Good morning, b...slim fast shake s...granula bar. l...chicken salad. s...4 chicken nuggets d...3oz chicken and 1/2 of greens. s...cup of coffee( am weird i drink a cup of coffee then go to sleep, and i sleep well.caffine for me doesnt keep me alert, just love the taste) drank alot of water. be blessed

Sounds like you had a good day and got some nice protein in to boot. keep up the good work.. you're doing a great job... I know ppl who drink coffee only and they sleep just fine... guess its all about how it effects you.. I dont drink it so I wouldnt know the answer to that one.

Hi Carla!  I wish I could lose more weight ... this stupid stall is NO fun!  I still haven't budged on the scales.  You would think after my 6.2 mile run on Sunday the scale would have showed something ... nope!  Ugh! Here's my day yesterday ... B-- protein shake S-- Special K Protein Plus cereal with 15 raisins and skim milk L-- 1/2 slice thin crust pepperoni pizza, 1/2 serving Sun Chips S-- banana with peanut butter D-- MexiMelt from Taco Bell S-- ice cream  Calories:  1208     Protein:  78 Exercise:  I went to the gym and walked briskly for 30 minutes.  Then I did full-body strength training for 40 minutes and some ab work.  I'm still sore after my 10K and I think lifting weights yesterday just made me more tired! Deanna  :)

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN. I miss your smiling face each day. I know this stall is driving you crazy but maybe.. it is really what you are supose to be at with all that muscle. I know muscle can show up as more weight. Look at the totals you got there.. you need to eat more and need more protein.. you know that.. Just keep doing what you're doing.. if is meant to come off it will.. but look at how much you have accomplished my friend.. tell me you can top that..

I am so proud of you for finishing that race. you are just such and inspiration to me. Be good and stop disappearing on me.. I miss you..

I just love hummus. the other day I had some with pine nuts and lamb cut to small pieces over it.. it was so good.
