Tuesday Do Righter's
up, dressed and went to school. Had a protein drink.
Now I'm fixin to find me some lunch, probably a turkey wrap and some cottage cheese.
I didn't kill dh, although after yesterday I wanted to!! lol
God give me new mercy each morning so I'm extending that to him today as well.
Will take son to his first football game that he has to play his trumpet at tonight (he's very excited)
Will finish the night off right with another protein drink.

Sounds like you got the eating under control for today.
I played the trumpet when I was in school (Yes, they MADE trumpets back then!!!!) I was always very excited at my first game, parade, etc. Hope the son does well.

Made good choices today, calories, carbs, fat and protien on target.
Back and forth to the vet with my little dog Bailey today. Thankfully I had credit on my card to cover all his tests, but he is worth every penney.
Got checked out myself today inbetween coming and going.
