Accountability... what did you eat Sunday

Ahhh.. I am up at 430 in the morning.. I have to be at work at 600am.. I work 10 hours days so I get my fridays off... not to bad cause my office is actually a house so I have all the luxuries of home. I drink my protein shake at 500am and tend to want something before my 900 snacik time.. I did eat oatmeal a couple of days.. but I worry so much about going over my calories each day I just stopped eating it...lol.... some day i will get it figured out. I have added more fruit to my day.. the calories arent to bad and I love fruit. I guess that is my compromise for the oatmeal.. maybe I will try it again tomorrow and eat a bowl.

I pretend like I dont have an ice cream addiction. If i didnt eat that I could have more calories during the day, but I actually plan it into my day.. how sad is that.

Carla - I don't think your ice cream craving is sad at all. I think it is smart to plan for it and not deprive yourself. Thanks for your replies. I am trying to maintain below 155 and am not sure ho to do it. I've never been successful at maintaining weight loss before. I was averaging 1250 a week for a long time and all of a sudden my calories jumped in the last two weeks to closer to 1400 per week. Last week I gained .4 pounds but I'm still below goal so it was okay. Tomorrow is weigh in day so I'll see if I gained a little again. If I did I will definitely need to find a way to cut back a little again.

I'm in the same boat as you.. I worry so much about gaining my weight back. I have upped my calories and I know I am suppose to be doing closer to 1500 a day. I just cant seem to get that much in without feeling like I am eating all day.

I use sparkpeople to keep me on track. I usually at least hit 1200 plus a day and I keep loosing with that.. I dont exercise as much as I use to so thats pretty good.. i know every time I uped the calories.. i lost more.. the body stops starving and lets it go.. I wanted to be at 135 and I am at 120.. i hit 119 yesterday so of course I am trying to figure out how to eat more.. that is 16 pounds below my goal weight. and 31 pounds below what the doctors goal was.... i currently wear a size 0-3.

you need to find what works for you.. its strange I ate almost 1500 cals and complained about it the other day but the next day i lost the pound.. Sometimes eating is a good thing.

My poor dog has been sick Vomiting and diarreah since Friday night, so I took him to the vet. They gave him a shot for the vomiting and sent us home. I was able to feed him rice and egg today (per vet) I thought he was better, than a few hours after our vet visit he started vomiting and lost his food. Hope he gets better soon, he is like a child to me( mine are grown up) I don't know what I would do without him around.

I am sorry to hear about your dog. I am a total animal lover and have more than I care to admit to having. I recently lost my cat of... yes 24 years.. it killed me.. so I understand how you feel. I hope things get better soon. Did they do blood work and all that.. take him back in if he doesnt get better soon.
