Accountability... what did you eat Sunday
Well.. Monday is back and it's back to work again.... how did we do.. My saturday was way high... my sunday was low.. so i evened it out I guess..
heres the results.. ended up going for pizza my my sons football team so it messed up my meal plan for the day...

Not sure how to calculate the pizza in since I have never really eaten it.. i took two bites of pizza (small) two bites of a antipasta salad and I actually ate a hot wing.
Its hard sometimes to figure these things out.. but i had plenty of room for the extra calories if I did it wrong..

nice eating day for you.. rain is nice.. i love to listen to it hit the roof of the house.. but being a cali girl.. not to much..lol... the sun is my friend... Last year for a treat we had about a minute of hail.. the kids had no idea what it was.. lol... so much for cali weather.

Went back to my oatmeal - so shot the carbs today. It's going to be difficult to even them out.

d - don't know how to log this, had a little of this and that at a meet & greet before church. I did 2 ritz w/ tuna salad; 2 cracker & cheese, a handful of popcorn; and a cookie

So I ended the day a little low on calories but high on carbs. The dumb ice cream bar had 21 carbs and my oatmeal has 23 so right there does me in.
even with your oatmeal your carbs are not bad. calories are low. I have days like that... we all do. so dont frett the small stuff.. its better than eating 2000 cals in a day.. just dont make a habit of either..
does the oatmeal help fill you up better. i've noticed when I eat it, I dont get hungry as soon. May work to your benefit... as far as ice cream... hmmm...lol... i am the ice cream monster.. I love the stuff..

oatmeal does fill me up, I'm up at 6am and out the door by 8am and in those two hours I have my oatmeal AND a protein drink!! But it's the only way to get it in since I am in class until 12:30 and cant get anything during that time. Yes, I broke down and bought some 100 calorie low fat ice cream sandwiches... they're not sugar free, nor are they splenda but they've got 9 grams of sugar and that's in my limit so it's a nice treat.
uh, no. That was 980 cals without dinner included. My goal calories per day is 1500, I seldom hit that though, it's more like 1250. But yes, I've pretty much maintained my 130 lbs weight for almost a year and a half now. And that's without any exercise plan in place. I've just started working out again. I know it's good for me - Im' just lazy!!
