I've been bad, bad, bad...have not been tracking....however, not eating much other than my protein(maybe a salad too) and the body fortress protein powder...so I'm good, just haven't logged it! So. Cal and rainfall dont usually go in the same sentence for me.. We had a super dry winter so we are low on water. I love the continue summer type months though.. I can wear shorts year round.. at least til I lost all this weight and get cold all the time...lol.

Not as good as I planned but not as bad as I could of been;wanted to eat more!
B scrambled eggs and turkey bacon
S granola bar (180 empty calories)
L chicken sandwich with only half the bun
S rice crispy treat ( 90 empty )
D parmeson chicken and brocolli with cheese
S Baked cheetos (130 calories)
S string cheese and 10 low fat wheat thins
All my water vitamins and calcium and a 4 mile walk.
My goal for next week is to go to the YMCA and be oriented to the weight machines, I have my cardio down but need to add some strength training.
I've gotten away from logging my food on fitday. After seeing what I ate yesterday, I may go back and start logging what I eat again.

The above isn't a typical day. Geez, wouldn't I be in trouble if it were. I don't think it hurts to fall off the horse occasionally. We just need to be strong enough to hop back on and do the right things.
I enjoy it when I pop over now and again, but mainly stick to the men's forum.
