Accountability... What did u eat Friday`
Hello all.. the weekend is here and with it... the crazy days of coming, going, doing and trying to sail our ship.. lets all shoot for smooth sailing this week.. shall we.. so here was my friday...
B- protein drink and two bites of banana
S- protein bar
L- salad with chicken and cheese
S- protien balls 2 and a peach...
D- roast beef and some cheese
S- ice cream...
totals... calories..1,154. carbs.... 64. fat.... 41, protein.... 130 .
didnt drink enough at all.. need to make that up tomorrow.. just to busy to get it done..
well see you all tomorrow.

Another bad day! I got really sick this morning,,and my leg swelled badly and was a fiery red and painful. Sure enough, its infection,
and Im laid up on high powered antibiotics. So, I didnt eat much, and didnt keep track of what I did. Better next week!!
As for now, Im goin to bed and rest this leg.

Ugh, I can be such a rebelious little thing!!!
B - protein drink
L - salad w/ ham, egg, cheese, one small slice thin crust pizza, one small slice apple dessert pizza, cheesy bread (sound like a lot but honestly I doubt if it was 450 cals)
D - was "supposed" to be my planned turkey wrap (to make up from lunch) but hubby suckered me into Sonic burger instead. I was so frustrated with my weight this week i just went for it.
S - was supposed to be a protein drink but all the cups were in the dish washer... i got mad and ate four cookies instead.
Somebody spank me!!!!
Calories were at about 1,050
Fat and carbs ??? high because of my choices
Protein: probably about 65 grams
Thank God his mercies are new every morning!!!
Today I feel like crap (of course) bloated and in a lot of pain.
I think the problem this week was stopping my oatmeal. I didnt replace the fiber that I was getting.
What do you do for fiber????????????

I dont think I get a lot of fiber in my diet either... in truth the ice cream makes me go and I have gotten very dependent on it to keep me cleaned out.. I should look to more fiber in my diet. That week I didnt eat any ice cream I thought I was gonna die. I guess it's a good thing there is no sonic burger places around here.. of course we have an in and out that i use to love eating at.
Cals werent to bad considering you blew out your plan for the day.. could have used that protein shake to get that up a bit.. its a new day sorry you dont feel so great..hope you start feeling better.

I am just about to start getting ready for our daughters soccer game, then I have to go into work for a few hours to cover an ill call, then we will go to the YMCA and then home to watch High school Musical 2 and then pick up my husband from the airport. We have leftover chicken from yesterday for dinner and it will be tuna on low carb wraps for lunch as I did not get to the store as planned, oh well will go after church tomorrow. I need to clean the house and put away all the laundry that is washed and folded and in baskets in my room! I will be glad to get back to work on Monday and rest!

S- chicken breast
L low carb wrap 1 slice turkey( it was the last or it would of been two) 2 slices salami and light mayo
D- parmeson chicken(S&B chicken breasts 1 lb, 1/2 C l mayo, 1/4 C parmeson mixed together, spread over chicken sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until done)
brocoli with cheese
S- 3 SF cookies, 100 calorie popcorn and a NSA Skinny Cow fudge bar
1 hour on the eliptical( third day in a row) and all my fuids, vitamins and calcium
