Mindless Eating

I went to a Leadership Training at a local Doctor's Office and the nutritionist suggested we all read Mindless Eating (Why we eat more than we think) by Brian Wansink, PH.D.   I came home and ordered it off of Amazon.com.  Well I have to say I am really enjoying the book AND because it is an easy read I'm having a lot of AH HA moments.  I definitely would suggest it, with all of us with the same struggles after the weight loss there are some great suggestions for eating right.

Happy Reading!

I am reading it right now and there is such good information in there for anyone who eats (not just WLSers).  If you have kids, youcan even reprogram them! Take care.

Thanks for the reading suggestion! I constantly ask myself when I find myself heading to the pantry...Are you hungry? (now that I KNOW what hunger feels like as opposed to just wanting something to do.) It is amazing to me how we can sit and eat without tasting a thing or knowing how much we've consumed! Reprogramming of this kind is possible! Dianne from FL
