Good Morning Tami! Hope you find lots of good things at the outlets!
I am slow moving today b/c I don't feel well. I had a great walk yesterday morning, went grocery shopping and then around noon just dropped like a lead weight~I felt miserable, even took a few naps thoughout the afternoon and evening and slept all night~well, I still feel yucky today. Maybe just a virus or something,but hoping it will pass soon.

Good Morning:-) I have not posted here in some time but as I recently left my local support group, I felt it time to jump back in here:-) I think accountability is very important for some of us, it helps keep us focused on what we need to do thru out our day. I have had my breakfast, same one I have every morning. I was never a breakfast person so this fits in with my life style very well...
Protein coffee flavored shake made out of 4 oz of silk soy plain and 4 oz prepared cold black coffee. A scoop of ON brand vanilla bean flavored protein powder. And then a cup of black coffee afterwards. I never had an issue with iron absorption, I know that some folks do. I'm very blessed in that way.....lol.
Lunch will be a cup of a wonderful fresh fish stew that I buy from Whole Foods, if you have one of these great stores near you, they have all kinds of fresh, wholesome soups and hot foods to enjoy:-) And I will have a 3 oz fresh tilapia fish with steamed green beans for dinner tonight. I have two fruits for snacks thoughout the day and I also usually have a 1 oz bag of peanuts near bedtime. I do not exercise due to fibromyalgia issues so my calories in do not have to be as much as more active folks. I also have a bottle of Isopure Protein drink (40 grams of protein) in the afternoon.
As far as activity planned, I have nothing planned. I had an acupuncture treatment yesterday and apparently it's not going to be a treatment that will help my back issues, I'm in pain today so I plan to get caught up online, sit outside and enjoy the sun shine here in beautiful Albuquerque and thank my Lord for my wonderful life:-) Hope that you all have plenty of smiles going for yourself today too:-)

*got up, showered, dressed
* drank a protein drink
* encouraged a few on OH boards
*answered some eamails
Now the Plans to do right continue with....
cleaning out my bedroom
moving my "office" into said bedroom (includes rehooking up computer)
sorting out a few totes of "stuff" from when we moved two months ago
playing with the kids
cleaning up the house later tonight
and of course MAKING GOOD FOOD CHOICES TODAY (cuz yesterday really sucked)
I have had 16 0z water, protein filled breakfast and have planned out food for the rest of the day and plan on getting my exercise in for the fourth day in a row. I have done the eliptical for an hour the last three nights at the YMCA while my daughter swims. I even hopped in the pool last night for a while, much to my daughters delight. I hate being in a suit in public but it makes her so happy when I swim with her I bite the bullet every once in awhile.

Hello Kookie and friends. I worked my homecare job this early day. so I am right on with good choices and H2O so far today. I'm always glad there is someone out there to be accountable to even on the weekend. Tonight i hope to make good choices with food and have a quiet evening maybe a bike ride or walk. Talk again soon!
