Last week 151.8 This week 152.2 up .4 and 3 pounds below goal still. Maintaining almost 8 weeks. Yeah!!

Starting weight: 262   Current weight: 152.2 Goal weight: under 155 - I keep going over - UGH!!!

I know I am late weighing in.  It is 4:45am EST, Satruday morning, 9/8/2007.   I have got to face this regain problem.  It has been 2 1/2 years since surgery.  I am scared!!!! Start weight   262 lowest weight   125 (for about 5 minutes) this morning  133.8 5/1"    62 years old RNY   3/11/2005 Patricia

just stick to the basics my friend and you will get back to that goal. think of the big picture.. look how far you have come.. its great.. think of of this for 2 1/2 years.. you total gain is only 8 pounds.. you can loose that easy.. there is always a little bounce back from our lowest weight.. take care of yourself and stick with the program.. it will all be fine..

Surgery RnY April 25, 2006. start weight/ Dr.s goal weight/ current weight (I am 5'1") 290/150/135.4 I weighed 134 lst week due to stress and no A/C.  But gained that back.  I was glad because at almost 58 I look too thin much lower than 136. If I stay between 135 and 138 I am happy there.  I wear 4/6's and they are loose.  So I truly do not want to go lower.  I would love plastics to remove skin so I know I would be smaller but that will never happen so i live with the skin and am trying to maintain this healthy weight. Thanks to all who post here.

stress is a tough one... and I know with this heat wave you must of been miserable. You know whats best for you body so work that tool as you know how to stay where you are.. good job staying in that goal range.
