So how did we all do this week. I am trying hard to maintain which is a new bird for me but I think I have done good...

This week-121
down 1 pound, but its the same pound I have been gaining and loosing for the last couple of weeks.

Good morning Carla! Last week was 170(or 171, can't remember) this week 168...not bad at all!

It is weird to be "maintaining" and no longer have weight loss as an issue! I'm down 2 pounds. It is a different mindset, isn't it? Last week 152 This week 150 At 5'10" - that's OK.  Dianne from FL SW/ CW /GW 306/ 150 / 165

same for me.. maintaining is something I have never tried to do.. I either diet or eat like a pig.. Your still doing great.. just do what you do and it will all be ok.. the body will eventually make the adjustment.

No, sweetie, your sign says: "human being with normal flux" :) You know the drill:  water weight, in need of healthy POOP, etc!  Keep making good choices - this is about the LONG TERM health of it! ;) Go girl! 9/6/01 292 159-162  for 3.5 years... HEALTHY for 1.5ish years Forgetting my body was so unhealthy for 20+years...

It will be ok.. you started exercising again so you can expect the gain, plus the heat has us all hanging on to a little more water.. just keep doing what your doing.. it will level off again... know you're ok..

very true.. our body adjust to what we are doing... so we gotta keep it off balance and always guessing.. one pound could just be some water so dont frett on that one.. good job maintaining for the week..
