Hello all. good day for me.. very same old same old.. but it works so I just go with it. I hope to some day have a little variety and try something new. lol... it will come I am sure... but I have always been like that.. when i ate a lot I would eat the same thing everyday.. carls jr.. remember those days.. 6 dollar bacon cheese burger, chilli cheese fries, large onion ring with a ton of ranch dressing and large diet coke (hey I was watching my calories here)... yeap that was my average meal.. yikes.. that would kill me now.. now my habits are better but still habits.. lol.. so how did you all do today.

B- protein drink

S- protein bar

L- salad with chicken

S- protein balls

D- the rest of my salad and chicken

S- ice cream.... go figure...

totals are... drum roll please...

calories....1,210, carbs.... 52, fat..... 54, protein.... 127, got love the protein totals.. hehehehehe...

drank a ton of crystal light.. 120 oz.. dont drink coffee so I can't go there with you all.. just me and my crystal light.. thats all i got..

Hi Carla,

Here's what I had yesterday:

B: Nitrotech shake - 45g protein

S: Cheese stick - 8g protein

L: 2oz. chicken w/ broccoli - 16g protein

S: Protein pudding - 20g protein

D: Bday dinner out w/ my son, I veered off track last night and had some boneless buffalo wings w/ blue cheese and a mozzerella stick - not sure of the totals

Totals w/o dinner: 494 calories, 89g protein, 10 fat and 9 carbs. I purposely left it real low because I knew I would go off track at dinner and wanted to still be okay.

Not too bad of a day for me. My goal was improvement and I see it there. I don't understand my blasted scales though. Up four pounds this week!!!!   Weighing     Now I know it's not real weight but still - come on!!!!  B - protein drink S - cottage cheese w/ applesauce L - bacon turkey wrap (duh, it's not so healthy for ya with the bacon I figured out) 1/2 serving of Doritos (yippie, the bag is GONE from my house) S - protein ball D - personal pita pizza but couldn't eat more then two bites and ICK!!  D#2 after church last night: 1/2 monte cristo sandwich and cup of potato soup Totals:  Cals: 1294 Fat: 61 Carbs: 87 Protein: 93  Which is GREAT w/ only one protein drink!  Goal today: Lower the carbs a bit more!! Heeeheee, not starting out well with that though, as I'm leaving right now to attend "Mommy & Muffins" at mykids' school..... doubt there will be protein and low carb there.  But even that's OK with me because I'm dressed and ready to hit the GYM right afterwards....  YUP - don't keel over people - but I'm going to the gym.  Bench Press  I havent really worked out in over a year.... and I'm such a whip, the darn doors at the mall are hard to open for me, LOL  So hopefully, I'll do OK and won't hurt myself!!

How great is that.. you did great. thats the way to right that sail.. and exercise to boot... i am impressed... keep up the good work.. hope you're not to sore now... but being sore is a good thing...

Well its sounds like a fun night of splurging at dinner but I dont think there is any way you could put enough in to eat 600 calories. You had a great day... love the choices and the dinner choices werent that bad considering it was a special night out..

But you are usually on the low side... I think it looks pretty good. nice protein levels i see.... I find that if I eat carbs I get want to eat more all day. I guess thats why they call them carb monsters...lol... Yes.. it's my friday. I love have 3 days off a week. Have a great one and I will see you manana

yes.. a very good day. nice protein and cals since you are workiing out so much.. you need those extra carbs to keep from falling flat during the day. Keep it up... I see that ship sailing over the crest now..

hi carla, oh great another good day... i know i can do it .... i am trying... now how many carbs should i have a day? keep it about 100 or what? yes i do work out alot so i do burn calories. yup the ship is sailing...  i am the captain......... anita
