I have started drinking my fluids this morning almost to finsh my 1st 32 oz....
I have made a scrabble egg and cheese for vreakfast....
I have PT today at 9:00
I have already done some ironing ..
Unloaded the dish washer .
So I need to get moving so I won't be late lots of traffic to get through to get to PT ..

I am on my second pot of coffee. At 6:00 am my dog got loose had to go out and run her down. She is a huge pitt bull. Got dressed for work. Feels like I am wareing a tater sack. (SCRUBS) I had my son's car so I had to go get him. He brought me to work and droped me off. Not having a car sucks big time. He picks me back up at 5:00. I take him home and keep the car and go get my daughter and do what ever I have to do. Some time I get to keep the car if not I take it back to him. I am tired before I even come to work. I sit a lot at work. My job is not that bad. I get to talk all day. I love to talk. Have a good day to all. God bless.....

Sorry about the car troubles. I know that is a pain. But, it sounds like you have it worked out ok.

good morning,
thank God for another day, yesterday was kinda hard for me, finally went back to schooland this semester am taking anatomy2 , sociology and nutrition, its been awhile so its alot but school just began i will do just fine, i was able to work out during my lunch break 30 min up and down the stairs, felt good, and i eat pretty good.
Today is a new day and i plan on enjoying it.

Good Morning!!!! Oink, Oink, Oink!! Thanks Tami for starting the thread again. Thought I'd jump in here kinda early and post while I can. Don't expect to have much time for this today, but I'll do the best I can.
So, what have YOU done right today?
I got up and got dressed. (That's VERY important since I work in the public)
Ate a healthy breakfast
Packed a nutritious lunch and protein snacks
Left my gun at home so I probably won't shoot anyone today!! LOL
Am wearing my pedometer and plan to get in at least 10,000 steps today.
Ok, your turn. Write in and encourage us with your "do right" activities for today!!

Four miles, two protein drinks, visited with neighbor a minute and colored my hair. Giving up bread again today--what does that tell you!!! I fell from Grace yesterday. Today is another day. I struggle with regain on a daily basis, but thankful this all I have to complain about.

I just walked 2 miles and going to go heat up some good protien and have some fresh green beans !! Yummmm
