well tuesday was a good day. nice totals.. Cals were a little low but you dinner cals is what made up some of that.. dont you love asparagus.. its on sale right now so I bought a bunch and plan to eat as much as i can.

Good water intake and exercise as well.. gotta get those calories up if you are gonna exercise like that.. your putting yourself in starvation mode... be careful with that.

i was thinking i might need more calories. i dont want to many but i want to loose also. oh yes i love asparagus. i am sometimes afraid of eating too much food. i dont want to eat all day but i do want to get my proteins in. oh no starvation mode. i dont want that. any help i would love. anita

Better day yesterday,,,Im workin' it!! B- Slim Fast Lo Carb Shake and coffee (not together) S- canteloup L- cottage cheese S- canteloupe D- cheddar cheese and tuna S- high protein hot chocolate Totals: Calories- 1102  Fat- 51   Carb - 54   Protein 106 And I baked ALL DAY,,,for a bake sale!! YOu had agreat totals today.. 106 on protein... whoohoo... way to go.. carbs and fat.. down.. very cool.. cals look great too.. keep it up girl.. u are rocking that boat of yours.

well u did ok today. would love to see a little more protein and a couple more cals in you. If you can swing a shake where that snack is you missed.. that would have been spot on (as they say in england). Especially since you are working out with a trainner.. need those extra calories to avoid starvation mode.

Yes, I know that the protein was a little low but to tell you the truth all I really wanted to do was eat chips and salsa and drink wine...very stressful day so under the cir****tances, I did good.
