Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday

Well it is back to work and I had a great day. After such a crazy weekend going to work was a pleasure. I spent the day in my office working on paperwork and had a very productive day there as well as sailing my ship.

so how u all doing.. lets sound off...

B- protein drink

S- protein bar

L- chicken and asparagus

S- protein balls

D- pork loin and more asparagus

S- sf ice cream with some walnuts on it.. yummy.

totals calories.....992, carbs.... 40, fat..... 44, protein..... 111

I know calories are low but look at those great numbers on the rest of it.

drank a ton at least 100 oz of fluids...

have a great one and I will see you all tomorrow....

Here's what I did yesterday, calories are still low but I'm trying. I think it's because my capacity of what I can eat at one time is still very low. I'm getting there:

B: Nitrotech shake - 45g protein

S: Cheese stick - 8g protein

L: Chicken Monterey wrap - 16g protein

S: Cheese stick - 8g protein

D: Chicken breast w/ cauliflower - 16g protein

Total: 93g protein, 721 calories, 20 fat and 32 carb

YOu are doing so well with the proten carbs and fat. Just gotta get those calories up a bit. keep up the good work.. you can do it.

HOtmama.. I read your profile and know you are struggling with food intake. I am glad to see that you are getting help. I know u know that coffee is not gonna do it my friend.. you need something with some calories in it. Have you tried Ensure plus... it provides a good amount of caloires and other nutrients that we need. If you could drink 3 of those a day and eat two small meals that would be a good start to get your ship up and running. I understand that the cost of these can be a little high when you look at them, but think of it this way. If I dont get the calories in me to live, what will it matter if I saved a few pennies along the way. I am sure there are other products out there you can try.. but u do need to try.

I worry about you and only want what is best for you... So set a course for that boat of yours.. send it out to sea with the things you need to live and survive each day.. Only you can make the difference right now... I know you can do it... stick with us.. we will support you all the way...

you are so nice. I almost cried.........I can't do any thing that has milk. or milk base. I have always hated milk. It makes me throw up real bad. Makes my spit real thick and then I yack even before gbs. I load up my coffee with non dairy creamers. It has 60 cals a spoon full. I use 2 spoons per cup. That is about the only way I get my calories in. I just can't eat and get sick at work. So I only drink. When I get home and eat dinner most of the time I have to hit the bed for 45 mins. Every thing makes me dump. I do want to live. I am going to get better and have a happy life. I am the apple of gods eye and he wants better for me. I just gotta do my part. I think I am at the point I gotta keep getting help. I know it is a long road for me but I will get there. Thanks for being here. Amy

Amy.. there are few products out for people who cant drink milk products. I believe on is called "Jevity". go to walmart and read the labels and see which one will work for you.. i dont think Ensure has milk in it but I am not sure. Just do the best you can.. u gotta get some food in you so you wont be so tired, wiped out and feeling so bad. if you start here you can move up to more solid choices. right now you tummy has forgotten how to do it.. give it something to retrain it even if its baby food.. you gotta start somewhere...

b....slimfast...low carb diet shake....20 g of protein.and coffee( got to have) s.....baby carrots. l.....salad 1/2 cup and 2 chicken nuggets. s.... baby carrots. d...salmon 2oz, spinach. s.....protein drink. be blessed

we have a gotta have pile.. coffee and baby carrots..lol.. to cute..


Dont know what the total for this are but I can guestimate at it... maybe 900 calories and I am being genrous here.. hmmm...get more in girl... dont starve yourself... Choices are great.. now just add to it.. be good and I will see u tomorrow.
