Accountability.. what did you eat Monday

I ate everything I could get my hands on - today I am doing all protein - and will stay all protein until I loose the 12 pounds I've gained since April....Its been a while since I have been on the board - and my weight shows...argh, can't let up for a minute can we!

Hi Alice it's nice to meet you.... yes we have to stay on top of it or it will get away so fast we wont know what hit us. I am trying to help a friend right now that has gained back 80 pounds of the weight he lost with his surgery. He says the same thing... just wasnt paying attention and look what happened.

So It is time to right the ship... amast that sail and take control... you are the captain of that ship and only you can steer it down the right course. We are all here supporting you.. so fear not.. you are not alone on this journey. So lets set her asea and journey back to where we want to be...

Do you use fitday or sparkpeople to monitor you intake. you may want to look into it to help you out a bit.. I know I have found many interesting things I didnt know before since I use it. things I thought were low cal are not at all...

its bad when u dont quite remember what u eat, i know my cal intake was very very low. b...protein drink. s.. 1 boiled egg. l..splet thru' it...bad.. d...salad 1/2 cup, with 3 chicken nuggets frm wendys. s..protein drink. and twix

yes I would say it is a very low day for you. I've slept through a meal or two myself.. someone suggested I try and make it up... the 2 protein shakes helped in that area... I dont know about the twix..lol...

today is a new day... WAKE UP.... .. eat and drink my friend.. dont let that ship run aground.

That was toooooo funny.. as I read the burger and fries I was saying... YIKES!! than I look and saw your response... hmmmm....lots of carbs i see.. not a lot of protein.. shall we look at this more... nah... u know.. your ship is sailing off without you right now...

sounds like a yummy day.. i love shimp louis... sounds like a delious day in all.. protein is a little low but fat is great.. calories are right in there..

sounds like a nice fun day to enjoy the wonderful gifts god gives us. a beautiful peach tree and a talent for making wonderful foods.. you are an inspiration..
