Accountability.. what did you eat Monday

What a weekend. I am so tired right now I can barely keep my eyes open. It has been one crazy busy weekend ending off with a BBQ with friends, swimming and enjoying family. Although it is wonderful it can sure take a toll on you.. I need to go back to work just to rest..lol...

Had a good day eating I think and drank a ton because of the heat.. so here was my day..


B- 1 scrambled egg, 1.5 piece of bacon and 2 tsp on country gravy

S- to full to eat a snack... and breakfast was kind of late.

L- chicken (3 oz) with salad.. yummy.

S- protein balls 2]

D- tri tip.... 3 bites of a ear of corn and 2 bites of bushes baked beans.

S- ice cream....

totals for the day

Calories.....1,178, carbs...... 90, fat...... 49, protein.... 107

Drank over 100 oz of fluids..

Well I am off to bed before I fall forward on my pc typing this... see you all tomorrow.

Well, Im checkin in even though I had a rough day,,,suffice it to say,,,,,,,Tomorrow is another day!!!!! Picnic at the local park with the kids and all the grands,,,didnt keep track of anything,,and DONT WANNA KNOW TOTALS!! Tomorrow,,its back to basics for sure! Still determined! Blessings Betsy

I was right on track for the day.... until my ship hit an underwater iceburg called STRESS!!!!!! Had some major crap hit the fan. DH and I went out to dinner and the first thing I ordered was chips and salsa!! UGH!!! I ate a good dinner but then followed it up at home with some cookies!!! DOUBLE UGH!!!  Cant afford to fall back into those type of eatting habits.  B - protein drink L - 1/2 bacon turkey wrap, serving of doritos S - protein drink S - other 1/2 of bacon turkey wrap D - chips (didnt keep track of how much, but i'm bloated today sooo toooooo many), cup of soup, 1/2 blt sandwich S - cookies we'll skip the totals today as they will leave me so depressed I'll want to just eat. LOL   Crying 1 Today is a NEW day, and It's my first day of school!!!! I'm determined to make it a good one!!!!   edit: source of stress was found. my 14 yos was missing last night for an hour past dark. He was supposed to be fishing and home before dark. When dh went looking there was a "suspicious" looking van parked where he fishes (and no one every parks) but our son wasn't there!!! Talk about FREAKING out!!!!

OMG... i would be climbing the walls myself. I am so glad you found him. I couldn't phathom how you must of felt during that time... Lets hope you have a stress free day for your first day back to school.. take care and Ill see ya tomorrow.

Hey you.. glad to see the scale moving in your favor.. keep those cals up.. the protein looks great.. I worry just like you.. I guess it will take a while before our minds except the person we are now.. be good to yourself...
