That's wonderful news, Rachael. I'm not sure why, but my Sarcoidosis is better, too, since surgery. In fact my pulmonologist says it seems to be totally inactive now, which is unusual since it's been ravaging my body since 1993 (unofficially, though I wasn't diagnosed until 2000).

Oh, and I get the B-12 weekly by injection and take the sublinguil daily.

How much are you taking daily? Hubby and I have both done well with B12 sublinguals but we take 5000 mcg per day and our labs register over 2000.  Our doc likes it that way.  I know the sublinguals don't seem to work for everyone though. Good luck! Kathy

I take the 1000 mcg of the Methylcobolamin rather than cyano....
