Happy Labor Day everyone....

I hope you are all having a great 3 day weekend. you planning a BBQ... we are and some swimming. After the last 4 days I need a break.. but with a party at my house not gonna get much of a break..lol

Ok.. so I am way overboard on the food today BUT..... i helped someone moved and walked about 4 miles in 110 degree weather.. so I think it evens out... Pluse I didnt even eat 1000 yesterday so I was making up for it..

Here we go..

B- Protein shake and oatmeal

S- protein Bar

L- chicken, roast beef, cheese and gucamole sandwich without the bread of course.

S- Ice cream bar.. man is it hot.

D- I actually tried to eat a slice of pizza.. it was thin crust so I thought I would give it a try. No problems... only ate half of it as i didnt want to pu****

S- yes.. more ice cream... ITS HOT HERE

totals..... calories......1,401, carbs....... 121 , fat..... 57, protein....... 110

Drank a ton.. but still feel thristy.

yeap... another low day but hey... look at that protein.. great job... Every thing you eat was a good choice.. so how can you go wrong with that... keep up the good work. have a great Labor Day and I will see you tomorrow.

I'm hoping to hit Macy's clearance racks today (hope you all left me some good buys) lol  B - protein drink L - Turkey club wrap and a handful of chips S - cheese stick and sf pudding pack D - 1/2 monte cristo sandwich, cup potato soup S - banana Calories: 1267 Fat: 49 Carbs: 135 Protein: 76 Carbs are through the roof today!!! And protein was way low, guess I should have had a protein drink instead of that banana (full of 28 carbs).  Well, today is a new day. My aim was to lower my fat and I did that, now I just need to balance that with lower carb food as well.  Have a great Labor Day!!!!!

Carbs took over my day yesterday as well.. i even tried some pizza with the crust..lol.. yummy.. it was so good.. Protein is a little on the low side. Turn them around today and it would be great... have a great Labor Day..

Had a great day, my DH and I brought my 7 year old grandson to the town park, then to another park with a pond and then to a nearby river with a covered bridge. He enjoyed "exploring" and so did we. Did lots of walking.

again another good day and a good day with a special someone.. isnt it wonderful. Sounds like a good day all the way around and you even got some extra walking in. all i can say is keep on steering that ship you are doing a great job... a while your at it.. keep enjoying this wonderful life you have each and every day.
