Accountability .. what did you eat Saturday.

Some one save me from this heat. I wanted to lounge around in the pool all day but not.. it's grandma's weekend... we go riding and my kids have lessons.. so here I sit out in 113 weather watching my kids ride. Than grandma is on a quest... school time.. it's a tradition we go shopping for shoes with grandma. My morning started at 5 am and I just got home here at 830 pm.

Needless to say it was a eating out day for us. it was like a repeat of yesterday which even made it funnier.. my kids favorite resturant is home town buffet.. thats two days in a row.. and two days in a row of el polo loco.. save me... my ship is sailing off with out me... and guess what.. tomorrow is another crazy day.. .

so didnt eat enough again. as I sit here I wonder waht to add so I can get above 1000 calories..

B- protein shake

S- protein bar

L- el poco loco chicken bowl.. took two bites and got sick. so no more of that..

S- protein balls 2.. yes I remembered to bring them this time

D- home town buffet.. took it easy cause of lunch.. roast beef, salad, banana squash and so sugar free ice cream.

gonna have some pretezels right now to get me over 1000..

Drank a ton because of the heat.. i feel like I am floating away.

have a good one and i will see you all tomorrow.

Welcome to my life!!! ROFL  It is so hard to deal with eatting on the run, especially when ya do it alot.  I got groceries yesterday, finally. Problem is I don't find much that interests me at the store.  I got stuff for turkey wraps and low carb pitta pizzas and good old tuna fish; oh yes, and a bag a chicken breast. Don't know what I'll do with it all but that's what I got.  B - protein drink L - 3 cheese sticks, 2 nacho chips w/meat& cheese, 1 chicken tender (yup all fried foods - but dang was it ever good!!!) D - dbl cheeseburger no bun (this actually was intentional this time) S - small banana S - protein drink (just to up the numbers a bit.) Calories 1168 Fat 51g Carbs 82g Protein 88g At least I got more protein then carbs. haaahaaahaaa,  Geepers and the dumb scale is down 2 pounds from Friday - go figure!!!

Thats great.. i think I am retaining water from the heatwave we are having right now. numbers look good even with your burger in there... if you figure it in there's nothing wrong with that... you have a great weekend and Ill see you tomorrow.

Babysittin the 4 yr old grandson, so stealing a minute at the computer!! Yesterday was a pretty good day considering my daughter and I went to a small town Old Fashioned Days festival. She got ice cream for the boys,,,AND I DIDNT GIVE IN TO TEMPTATION!!! I drank a calorie free drink and walked a few miles. Was down a pound this morning! WOOHOO! Heres the scoop: B- raisin bran w/ banana and ff milk  S- watermelon L- Slim Fast L Carb shake S- 1 T peanut butter D- 1 sm pork chop, 2 T veggies 1 sl fried green tomatoe S- coffee w/ protein scoop & cocoa Total: Calories 1148 Fat 29 Carb 163 (ouch!) Protein 80 If I could just keep those carbs down! Every time I have cereal for breakfast it sabotages me! I crave carbs that day. So, think Ill stick to protein, (at least until I have that terrible cereal craving that hits about once a month!) My clothes are definatley looser, so I took my measurements this morning,,down an inch in the waist AND the hips! WOOHOO! Hubby is running around behind me telling me how "HOT" I am,,,at 60,,gimme a break!!! Oh well,,hes only 44,,just a kid so his hormones are still raging! Doing good today so far! I'm the same way... if i eat carbs I want more carbs.. thats why I try to avoid them... man that can get you going cant they. Goooooo hubby.. that is so wonderful... eat it up girl.. its all good..

Had my parents down for picnic, told my mom not to bring anything and she didn't which was good so we had just what I made, lean ground round burgers, toss salad, squash and some macaroni salad.

They want to kill you with kindness sometimes.. my parents show up with cookies, cake, pickles, ice cream.. you name it. if its bad for you it in the bag. They know I cant eat it.. they dont I ration it at home.. but still here they come....

Glad you were able to stay the course my frined.. looks like a great day. keep up the good work... and Happy labor day to you too.
