Accountability.. What did you eat Friday..
Ok.. so before I begin... guys.. you gotta check out JC Penneys.. they have some racks out for the sale this weekend with 90 percent off their clothes.. i mean LEI, Union bay.. you know what i mean.. i got 10 pair of pants for 30 dollars..and a ton of shirts for 3 dollars a pice.. nice ones... my closet is singing it is so happy.
So I was suppose to be shopping for my kids school year.. but I HAVE NEEDS TOO.... hehehhehehe... I wear between a 0 to 5 depending on the cut.. 5's are usually a bit big but my daughter wears that size and is always trying to convence me to buy them so she and borrow them.... lol.. shopping is so much fun now. So anyway.. they got clothes.. and so did i.. i deserve it right... I knew you all would see it my way....
So I was so busy today I forgot to eat so as I sit here I am eating 2 protein balls to bring up my totals for the day.. how sad is that.. so here it goes.
B- protein shake
S- protein bar
L- el polo loco chicken bowl with no rice.. 1/2 of it
D- home town buffett... roast beef, two chips, .25 green beans... 3 bites of a salad.. and sf soft serve ice cream...
S- pretzels and protein balls...
totals.....calories.....1,210. carbs..... 88. fat.... 43, protein...... 114
could have drank more.. will work on that more tomorrow.
You all have a great 3 day weekend.. and I will see you all tomorrow.

Well, I was out shopping for glasses yesterday...darn it all... but my eyes certainly say thank you now that I have them. This computer screen was getting difficult to see and I KNEW I needed them for school that starts next week. lol
B - protein drink (I feel so much better not starting out with oatmeal)
l - lunch buffet with kids, I did GREAT here. Im very pleased. salad; 1/2 slice of pizza; t TBS cottage cheese and lots of ice tea
D - 1/2 grilled chicken breast dipped in alfredo sauce (it was a tad dry)1/3 loaded baked potato, 1/2 c soleslaw

If it weren't for the pizza carbs (28) I would be absolutely trilled with my carbs... but I think they're still good.
Wish I would have done different???? no poured salad dressing on my salad. When I fitday'd it... OUCH... 16 g of fat.

I totally agree with you about the shopping! Which is why my closet rods are sagging,,,oh wellll...part of being female, right??!
Yesterday was an excellent day foodand esercise wise! I worked in the yard most of the day, mowed my whole yard and pulled weeds, moved rocks,,,and SWEAT!! Would you believe the scale never budged! Whats up with that??

According to one of the sites I visited, for my age, to lose I should be getting 1550 calories or below a day..to maintain, 1800...so I guess I did good. Inches are moving but the scale aint! Oh well,,maybe tomorrow,,,

All that gardening and sweating probably made your body hold on to water. you had a great day as far a food.. all your stats look great.. keep up the good work.. yeah.. i have seen the same things for myself as well.. I just dont think I could get that many calories in me.. at least not at this stage of my journey...

Yes I did.. I am sorry to hear you got that stuck.. i hope you are better today. I have done that a few times myself and it is miserable so I feel for you totally. Someone once told me to drink some meat tenderizer is warm water to break up the clog so to speak. I hear it works.
