Accountability.. what did you eat Thursday

Well.. I ate all good things but I just feel like I ate all day. Have you ever felt that way. I was traveling again today for work so I always pack food with me.. but if its there I tend to eat it.. its a good thing I put healthy choices in it.. check out this snackathon I had going on today..

B- protein shake and oatmeal

S- Protein bar

S- peach

L- 2 protein balls and 4 pretzels

S- chicken, roastbeef lunch meat and cheese..

D- beef and chicken with cheese fajitas

S- ice cream.


totals.... calories.....1,303, carbs.... 96, fat.... 43, protein..... 134


Seemed like I had something with my something all day.. that time of the month can reak havoc on your body.. lol..

Drank at least 120 oz so did well there...

well I hope I do better tomorrow.. but hey.. guess I didnt do that bad today either.. I am suppose to be eating that much.. but man did i feel like thats all i did all day..lol..

Well, I'm sure looking forward to grocery shopping this weekend. I'm sick to death of no GOOD food choices.  b - protein drink  l - dble cheese burger no bun s - protein drink s - cheese stick d - dble cheese burger no bun s - protein drink Totals Cals: 1195 Fat: 57 Carbs: 43 Protein: 121 Finally got the carbs down, but the fats too high!! I knew that though with two burgers today!!! Chicken would've been better for at least one meal, I just can't stomach McD's chicken wraps anymore and that was the only restaurant for me today.

Can you say protein drink..lol... well i had drink, bar and balls.. so I am right there with you.. great protein numbers today. I'm not of a mcdonalds fan so i feel you on that.

Still a good day and fat... well not that bad considering the burgers...

Hey.. just wanted to tell you.. you look beautiful in your pic. It's amazing how much we change when we get our lives back in control.

lol... you still had good day... I dont know why you are complaining. calories and everything are right there.. protein looks terrific. whoo hoo. keep up the good work.. did you see my totals.. now that was a moo day.. be good see ya tomorrow.

i felt like you, like all i did yesterday was EAT!, did you see my 4 (FOUR) snacks b4 i ate my, not so healthy hotpocket with tons of carbs and fat! lol... i guess it's better than b4 i got back on track..... yay down to 213.... =) smile gina

Well hello tonight...  I hope you've had a good week!!!  Mine has been busy as usual, but what's new huh?  Ok, here goes the ugly! B- 1 Egg cooked & 1 slice turkey bacon

S- Protein Bar & 1oz Peanuts  L- 1/2 c. Grilled Chicken, 1/4 c. steamed carrots & 1/4 c. Steamed Green Beans

S- 3 Pickle spears D- 1 c. Grilled Chicken & 1oz soft cheese  S- 1/4 x Sunflower Seeds & SF/LF Chocolate Pudding 878 Calories, 44 Fat, 50 Carbs, 74 Protein Not too bad but my shift is only 1/2 over so I'm sure I'll add something else in there, probably cottage cheese and I think I have some grapes. oh to be able to eat pickle spears again!!!!!! YUM YUM, I LOVED pickles (in my previous life). Now, I cant eat the pickle slice that comes on a darn hamburger!!! I'd have to literally cut all the skin off of it, and that just wouldn't be "right". lol  No apple skin, grape skin, pickles skin..... Sally the grouchie pouch says so!!  HUGS

I'm 5 years out and just ventured out to try pickle spears again...  I chewed chewed chewed just to make sure, but yes they were yummy!!!  I have no problem with grapes either... never thought about it, just chewed well...   I hope all is well!!!
